About Us
Hi, I’m Louise
I’m the founder of Female Founders VA, Mum to two not-so-little children, baby no.3 due in October, and dog mum to our cockapoo.
Having run businesses for over 10 years, I know first-hand the challenge of spinning the many plates that come with building a business while raising a family. It isn’t always easy, and if you’re juggling all the things, I want you to know you’re doing an amazing job.
My background is a little unconventional. I studied Fine Art, which gave me a keen eye for composition and design, and I love creating content that is both informative and visually appealing. I’m also a qualified midwife, and so many of the skills I developed throughout my career, organisation, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a passion for continuous learning which have all transferred beautifully into business.
After building my own VA business to a team of 5 and supporting clients behind the scenes, I discovered a real passion for helping other virtual assistants build businesses they love. Through the VA Business Hub, I support VAs at every stage of their journey with practical training, resources, strategy, and a supportive community, helping them grow sustainable businesses with confidence and without the overwhelm.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me walking our cockapoo, gardening, or enjoying family time while my partner happily tinkers away in the garage.

Our story-
Female Founders VA was founded by Louise after a social media mentor spotted her potential and invited her to come on board as a virtual assistant. What started as a one-off opportunity quickly grew through word of mouth, and within months, her diary was filled with incredible women entrepreneurs looking for support.
As the business grew, so did Louise’s passion for helping others build successful businesses. Alongside supporting female founders through business administration, strategy, and social media management, she recognised a need for practical guidance and community for virtual assistants navigating their own entrepreneurial journeys.
This led to the creation of the VA Business Hub – a supportive space designed to help virtual assistants start, grow, and scale thriving businesses with confidence. Through training, resources, co-working, expert support, and a community of like-minded VAs, Louise is passionate about helping others create businesses that fit around their lives.
Today, Louise’s mission is to empower virtual assistants through the VA Business Hub, providing the support, strategy, and community they need to build profitable, sustainable businesses and create success on their own termsand realise that they don’t have to do it all alone.
