VA Business Hub Terms and Conditions Last Updated: June 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership of The VA Business Hub, operated by Female Founders VA ("we", "our", "us").
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a membership. By purchasing or renewing your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.---#
1. About Us
The VA Business Hub is owned and operated by Female Founders VA, a business providing education, coaching, resources and business support for Virtual Assistants and online service providers.Throughout these Terms:
* "The VA Business Hub", "the Membership", "we", "our" and "us" refer to Female Founders VA.
* "Member", "you" and "your" refer to the individual purchasing the membership.
If you need to contact us regarding your membership, you can do so using the contact details published on our website.
2. Membership Overview
The VA Business Hub is an online membership designed to support Virtual Assistants in starting, building and growing successful businesses.Membership may include (but is not limited to):
* Weekly live training sessions
* Monthly guest expert workshops
* Two weekly co-working sessions
* A private online community* Business templates
* Resource library
* Content planner
* Training recordings
* Business strategy guidance
* Marketing and visibility support
* Mindset and confidence training
* Branding and positioning support
* Systems and organisation training
* Networking opportunities
* Additional resources added from time to time.
The content, features and resources available within the Membership may evolve as we continually improve the experience for our members.
We reserve the right to add, remove, replace or improve any aspect of the Membership where reasonably necessary.
Such changes will not constitute a breach of these Terms.
3. Membership Eligibility
By purchasing membership you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.* The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.* You will keep your account information up to date.Membership is intended for individual business owners.Memberships are personal to the named purchaser and may not be transferred, shared or resold.
4. Membership Plans
The VA Business Hub offers the following subscription options.
Founding Membership
Founding Membership is available for a limited launch period.Pricing:
* £14.99 per calendar month
* £150 per year
Members who join during the Founding Member period will retain their founding price provided that:
* their membership remains active without interruption; and
* payments continue successfully.
If a Founding Member cancels their subscription or fails to maintain continuous membership, the Founding Membership rate will be permanently lost.
Should they wish to rejoin in the future, membership will be charged at the standard advertised rate applicable at that time.
Founding Membership benefits are identical to the standard membership unless otherwise stated.
Standard Membership
Following the Founding Member launch period, membership will be available at:* £24.99 per calendar month* £200 per yearPrices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.We reserve the right to change future membership prices. Any price changes will not affect the current billing period and members will receive reasonable notice before any renewal takes place.
5. Automatic Renewal
All memberships renew automatically.
Monthly memberships renew every calendar month.Annual memberships renew every 12 months.By purchasing a membership you authorise your payment provider to collect recurring subscription payments until your membership is cancelled.Renewals continue unless cancelled before the next billing date.It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current.
6. PaymentMembership fees must be paid in advance.Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.If payment cannot be collected:* access to the Membership may be suspended;
* live calls may be unavailable;
* downloads may be restricted; and
* access will be restored once payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to cancel memberships where payment remains outstanding.
7. Cooling-Off Rights
If you purchase your Membership as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, because the VA Business Hub provides immediate access to digital content, resources and training, you will be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate access.
By requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that digital content will begin immediately and that, once you access that content, you may lose your statutory right to cancel during the cooling-off period, as permitted by applicable UK consumer law.If you purchase your Membership but do not access any digital content and notify us within the applicable cooling-off period, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Cancellation of Membership
Monthly Memberships
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time.
To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
If you cancel:
-
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
-
No further payments will be taken after your current subscription expires.
-
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing period unless required by law.
Once your membership ends, access to all membership content, live sessions, recordings, downloads, templates and the community will be removed.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are paid in advance for a 12-month period.
You may cancel your annual membership at any time before your renewal date.
Cancellation will prevent your subscription from renewing for another year.
You will continue to have access to the Membership until the end of your paid annual subscription.
Annual membership fees are non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer law.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership through your payment portal or by contacting us using the contact details published on our website.

It is your responsibility to ensure your cancellation has been completed before your renewal date.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and online memberships, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
Refunds may be available where:

required under UK consumer law;
-
we are unable to provide the Membership due to our own fault;
-
there is a significant technical issue preventing access which cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or
-
we otherwise agree to issue a refund at our sole discretion.
Refunds will not be provided because:
-
you did not have time to use the Membership;
-
you forgot to cancel before renewal;
-
your business circumstances changed;
-
you decided the Membership was not suitable after accessing the content; or
-
you did not attend live sessions.
Nothing within this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Membership Content
The VA Business Hub is designed to provide educational resources, coaching and business support.
Membership content may include:
-
live training
-
recorded training
-
downloadable templates
-
workbooks
-
checklists
-
business resources
-
expert guest sessions
-
planning tools
-
community discussions
-
question and answer sessions
-
networking opportunities
Content is continually reviewed and updated.
From time to time we may:
-
replace resources;
-
retire outdated materials;
-
introduce new features;
-
improve existing training;
-
change guest experts;
-
amend the delivery schedule.
These improvements are part of maintaining a high-quality Membership and do not entitle members to refunds.
We do not guarantee that any specific resource, trainer or guest expert will remain available indefinitely.
11. Live Calls and Training
Your Membership may include access to live and pre-recored online training sessions, coaching calls, workshops and co-working sessions.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all scheduled sessions, we reserve the right to:

change dates;
-
change times;
-
substitute speakers;
-
reschedule sessions;
-
cancel sessions where necessary.
Where reasonably possible, cancelled sessions will be rearranged.
Live sessions may be recorded.
By attending a live session, you acknowledge that your name, image or voice may appear in the recording if you choose to participate using your microphone or camera.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you should keep your camera and microphone switched off and use the chat function where appropriate.
Recordings remain the intellectual property of Female Founders VA.
12. Community Guidelines
The VA Business Hub is intended to be a supportive, respectful and collaborative environment.
By joining the Membership, you agree to:

treat all members with kindness and respect;
-
maintain confidentiality regarding discussions shared by other members;
-
contribute constructively;
-
respect differing opinions;
-
follow any community guidelines published from time to time.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
-
bullying or harassment;
-
discrimination of any kind;
-
abusive or threatening language;
-
hate speech;
-
trolling;
-
intimidation;
-
repeated disruption of live sessions;
-
sharing confidential member information;
-
unsolicited direct messaging for sales purposes;
-
spam or excessive self-promotion;
-
promoting illegal or unethical business practices.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate membership where behaviour falls below the standards expected within our community.
Where membership is terminated due to misconduct, no refund will be provided.
13. Confidentiality
We encourage members to openly discuss their businesses within the Membership.
All members agree to respect the privacy of others.
Information shared by members during:

coaching sessions;
-
live calls;
-
community discussions;
-
networking sessions; and
-
co-working sessions
should be treated as confidential unless the individual has given permission for it to be shared elsewhere.
Whilst we encourage confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that every member will comply.
Members remain responsible for deciding what business or personal information they choose to disclose.
Female Founders VA accepts no liability for information voluntarily shared by members within the community.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content provided within the VA Business Hub is the intellectual property of Female Founders VA and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Training materials

Videos
-
Presentation slides
-
Templates
-
Workbooks
-
Checklists
-
Worksheets
-
Downloads
-
Branding
-
Graphics
-
Logos
-
Resource library content
-
Written guidance
-
Recorded coaching sessions
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for your own personal business use during your active membership.
You may:

Download resources where this is permitted.
-
Edit templates for use within your own business.
-
Print resources for your own personal reference.
-
Implement strategies taught within the Membership.
You may not:
-
Copy or reproduce Membership content for resale.
-
Share downloads with non-members.
-
Upload resources to another website or membership.
-
Claim our materials as your own work.
-
Teach or recreate our training for commercial purposes without written permission.
-
Remove copyright notices or branding.
-
Use our trade marks or branding without consent.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your membership and may lead to legal action.
15. Account Security and Login Details
Your membership is issued to you as an individual.
Your login details must remain confidential.
You agree not to:

Share your login with another person.
-
Allow another business to use your account.
-
Purchase a membership on behalf of multiple users.
-
Upload your login credentials to any shared password system.
We reserve the right to monitor unusual login activity.
If we reasonably believe your account is being shared, we may:
-
temporarily suspend access;
-
require identity verification;
-
terminate your membership without refund where misuse is confirmed.
16. Acceptable Use
Members agree to use the Membership lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the Membership to:
-
engage in unlawful activity;
-
infringe another person's intellectual property rights;
-
distribute malware or harmful software;
-
upload offensive, defamatory or discriminatory material;
-
interfere with the operation of the Membership platform;
-
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
-
use automated software or bots to copy or scrape content.
Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
17. Business Disclaimer
The VA Business Hub provides educational content, mentoring and business support.
Nothing contained within the Membership constitutes:
-
legal advice;
-
financial advice;
-
tax advice;
-
accounting advice;
-
regulated investment advice;
-
employment advice.
Members should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Business success depends upon many factors outside our control, including individual effort, experience, market conditions and implementation.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
-
any level of income;
-
client acquisition;
-
business growth;
-
profitability;
-
social media growth;
-
specific business outcomes.
Any testimonials, case studies or success stories shared by Female Founders VA are provided for illustrative purposes only and reflect the experiences of individual members. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future Members will achieve the same or similar results.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence;
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
any rights you have under consumer protection legislation.
Subject to the above, Female Founders VA shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential losses;
-
loss of profits;
-
loss of revenue;
-
loss of business opportunities;
-
business interruption;
-
loss of goodwill;
-
loss arising from decisions made using information provided within the Membership.
We provide the Membership with reasonable skill and care as required by law.
Our total liability relating to your Membership shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Technical Issues
Whilst we aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Membership, we cannot guarantee that our website, learning platform or third-party software will always be available.
Occasionally, services may be interrupted due to:

scheduled maintenance;
-
software updates;
-
internet outages;
-
hosting issues;
-
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will use reasonable endeavours to restore access as quickly as possible.
Temporary interruptions do not normally entitle members to compensation or refunds.
20. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information may be collected for purposes including:

managing your Membership;
-
processing payments;
-
communicating with you;
-
providing customer support;
-
improving our services.
We will never sell your personal data.
By becoming a member, you consent to receiving essential service communications relating to your Membership. You may also choose to receive marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
21. Changes to the Membership
We continually develop and improve the VA Business Hub.
We reserve the right to:

update training materials;
-
introduce new resources;
-
remove outdated content;
-
change the delivery format;
-
improve systems;
-
introduce new member benefits;
-
modify live session schedules.
These changes are intended to improve the Membership and will not normally give rise to a right to cancel or receive a refund.
Where a significant change materially reduces the core service being provided, we will provide reasonable notice and explain any options available to affected members.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

changes in legislation;
-
regulatory requirements;
-
improvements to our services;
-
changes to business operations.
Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice before the updated Terms take effect.
Your continued Membership following that notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
These events may include, but are not limited to:

acts of God;
-
severe weather;
-
fire;
-
flood;
-
pandemic;
-
epidemic;
-
war;
-
civil unrest;
-
cyber attacks;
-
internet outages;
-
power failures;
-
industrial disputes;
-
government restrictions.
Where such an event continues for an extended period, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep members informed.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales.

26. Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
The VA Business Hub is built upon mutual respect, collaboration and professionalism. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold these values at all times.
Members are expected to:

Conduct themselves honestly, professionally and respectfully.
-
Support fellow members in a constructive and encouraging manner.
-
Respect differing opinions and experiences.
-
Maintain the confidentiality of discussions within the Membership.
-
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to their business.
The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
-
Bullying, harassment, intimidation or abusive behaviour.
-
Discrimination on the grounds of age, disability, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, pregnancy or maternity, marriage or civil partnership.
-
Defamatory or malicious comments about Female Founders VA, its team or other members.
-
Deliberately disrupting live training sessions or community discussions.
-
Sharing confidential information disclosed by other members without permission.
-
Plagiarising another member's work, ideas or intellectual property.
-
Attempting to solicit, recruit or poach clients or members through the community without prior written consent.
-
Promoting unlawful, unethical or misleading business practices.
-
Using the Membership primarily for unsolicited advertising, self-promotion or spam.
We reserve the right to investigate any behaviour that may adversely affect the Membership community.
Where we reasonably believe that a member has breached this Code of Ethics, we may, at our sole discretion:

Issue a warning;
-
Remove posts or comments;
-
Restrict access to certain Membership features;
-
Suspend Membership temporarily; or
-
Terminate Membership immediately without refund where the breach is considered serious.
These measures are intended to protect the integrity, safety and reputation of the VA Business Hub and its members.
27. Artificial Intelligence and Use of Membership Content
The VA Business Hub embraces the responsible use of technology, including artificial intelligence ("AI"), to support business growth.
However, Members must not use AI tools to:

Reproduce, rewrite or recreate Membership resources for resale or distribution.

Generate competing training programmes using our materials.
-
Create digital products based substantially upon our content.
-
Remove copyright notices or branding from Membership resources.
-
Upload substantial parts of our training, templates or resources into publicly accessible AI systems where they may become available to third parties.
Members may use AI to assist them in implementing strategies within their own business, provided that doing so does not infringe our intellectual property rights.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Female Founders VA.
Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our materials may result in immediate termination of Membership and legal action where appropriate.
28. Recording, Photography and Distribution of Content
Live coaching sessions, workshops, guest expert presentations and co-working sessions may be recorded for the benefit of Members.
Members must not:

Record live sessions without our prior written permission.
-
Take screenshots for publication without consent.
-
Share recordings with non-members.
-
Upload recordings to social media, YouTube or any other platform.
-
Sell, distribute or reproduce recordings in any format.
Where Members choose to participate with their camera or microphone enabled, they acknowledge that they may appear in recordings.
If a Member prefers not to appear in recordings, they should keep their camera and microphone switched off and participate via the chat function where appropriate.
All recordings remain the intellectual property of Female Founders VA.
29. Non-Disparagement
Whilst we welcome honest feedback and constructive criticism, Members agree not to make or publish false, misleading or malicious statements that could reasonably damage the reputation of Female Founders VA, the VA Business Hub, its team or other Members.
Nothing in this clause prevents a Member from exercising their legal rights or providing honest reviews based on their genuine experience.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any documents expressly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Female Founders VA relating to your Membership.
No verbal statements, marketing materials, social media content or other communications shall form part of the contractual agreement unless expressly confirmed in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
31. Member Relationships, Collaboration and Conflicts of Interest
The VA Business Hub is a collaborative community designed to encourage learning, networking and mutual support between members.
Many members may operate within similar industries, provide comparable services or work with similar client groups. By joining the Membership, you acknowledge and accept that this is a natural part of a business community.
Members agree to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity and professionalism in all interactions with fellow members.
Members must not:
-
Intentionally copy or reproduce another member's business model, branding, products, services, marketing materials, offers, programmes or intellectual property without their express permission.
-
Use confidential information obtained through the Membership for personal or commercial gain.
-
Approach another member's clients, contractors or collaborators using confidential information obtained through the Membership.
-
Misrepresent another member's ideas, work or strategies as their own.
-
Encourage division, conflict or hostility within the community.
-
Attempt to persuade members to leave the VA Business Hub in favour of another membership, coaching programme or competing community.
-
Use the Membership primarily to recruit clients, members or participants for another business, programme or network without prior written consent from Female Founders VA.
Healthy discussion, collaboration and professional networking are encouraged. Members are expected to respect differing opinions and recognise that there is space for multiple businesses to succeed.
Female Founders VA is not responsible for disputes, collaborations, commercial agreements or business relationships formed between members.
Where a disagreement arises between members, we encourage those involved to resolve matters respectfully and professionally. Female Founders VA may, at its sole discretion, offer guidance regarding community conduct but will not act as a mediator or arbitrator in private commercial disputes.
Where we reasonably believe that a member's conduct is detrimental to the safety, wellbeing or collaborative nature of the Membership, or is likely to damage the reputation of Female Founders VA or its members, we reserve the right to investigate the matter and, where appropriate:

Issue a written warning;
-
Remove posts or comments;
-
Restrict access to parts of the Membership;
-
Suspend Membership temporarily; or
-
Terminate Membership immediately without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
These measures are intended to preserve a respectful, supportive and professional environment for all members.
32. Respect for Intellectual Property Between Members
Members retain ownership of the intellectual property they create and share within the VA Business Hub unless they expressly agree otherwise.
Resources, ideas, documents, presentations, branding, offers, templates and other original work shared by members remain the property of the individual creator.
Participation in discussions, networking sessions, accountability groups or live calls does not grant permission to copy, distribute or commercially use another member's intellectual property.
Members are encouraged to seek permission before adapting, reproducing or sharing another member's work.
Female Founders VA accepts no liability for disputes relating to intellectual property between members but reserves the right to take appropriate action where a breach of these Terms is identified.
33. Community Values
The VA Business Hub exists to create a positive, inclusive and empowering environment where Virtual Assistants can learn, grow and build sustainable businesses together.
By becoming a member, you agree to uphold the values of our community by:

Encouraging and celebrating the success of others.

Sharing knowledge generously whilst respecting intellectual property.
-
Providing constructive feedback in a kind and respectful manner.
-
Creating an inclusive environment where all members feel welcome.
-
Acting honestly, ethically and professionally in your business.
-
Supporting a culture of collaboration over competition.
We believe that every member contributes to the success of our community. Behaviour that undermines these values may result in action being taken under these Terms and Conditions.
34. Membership Closure
Female Founders VA reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or permanently close the VA Business Hub at any time where reasonably necessary for business, operational or legal reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, Members will be provided with at least thirty (30) days' notice of any permanent closure.
If the VA Business Hub is permanently closed before the end of a Member's current paid subscription period, we will consider whether a full or pro-rata refund is required in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Closure of the Membership shall not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the date of closure.
Female Founders VA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the closure of the Membership beyond any refund required under applicable law.
35. Complaints
We are committed to providing a positive and supportive experience for all Members of the VA Business Hub.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your Membership or the services we provide, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to resolve your concerns.
Complaints should be submitted in writing by email to louise@femalefoundersva.co.uk and should include sufficient information to help us understand and investigate the issue.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five (5) Business Days and, where possible, provide a full response within fourteen (14) Business Days. If additional time is required to investigate your complaint, we will keep you informed of our progress.
We are committed to handling all complaints fairly, respectfully and in accordance with our legal obligations.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
